Me gusto el Adventurs Friends por que en especial ay una chica llamada “Azul” que es una encargada de entretenimiento de esa área y es muy buena onda que con solo su carisma dan ganas de no salir de ahí de ahí en más no tengo nada que decir más que gracias por las experiencias que me dio y nos hizo pasar grandes experiencias y ella muy servicial y muy atenta sin dudas la mejora persona del hotel.

I wanna mention the staff at the restaurant and the pool service especially Miguel Martinez, Luis, Pedro, Enrique Barco were exceptional at there job very kind, amazing service. Our gratitude with the staff goes far and beyond. Mr. Miguel Martinez went far and beyond to make sure we had and amazing time while having lunch or dinner. Mr. Pedro always happy making sure we had everything we needed during breakfast. Enrique Barco was so kind to make sure my kids always had refreshments by the pool. We wanna say Krystal Vallarta is the best place we we've stayed at.

Just finishing our Stay at Kristal Grand Nuevo. We are totally pleased with our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful it amazed. The food was great from the buffet to the specialty restaurants. Our room was outstanding as we were upgraded to a one bedroom condo unit. Don't believe the negative results as Kristal Grand Nuevo is a great resort.
